About Nevine
Nevine helps people who sense that the status quo no longer fits who they are—or who they're becoming.
Who she works with:
- Adults wrestling with questions of identity and meaning—who sense that something deeper needs attention
- Those experiencing burnout, grief, or quiet exhaustion—from carrying too much for too long
- Couples wanting to deepen their relationship—through understanding, emotional safety, and honest communication
Faith Integration
Christian faith can be integrated when you desire it—always client-led, never imposed. Secular therapy is equally welcome.
What Working Together Feels Like
Sessions with Nevine feel calm, attentive, and grounded. She creates space to slow down, reflect, and feel understood—while offering clarity and gentle guidance when it's helpful.
Not sure where to begin? That's okay—and it's more common than you might think.
You don't need the right words or a clear plan. Many people start therapy with just a quiet sense that something needs attention. We'll walk through it together, at a pace that feels right for you.
What You'll Gain

- → No pressure to share everything at once
- → Focus on building safety, clarity, and direction together
Common Questions
Do I need to know what I want to work on?
Not at all. Many people start with just a sense that something feels off—and that's enough. We'll explore what matters most together.
Is therapy faith-based or secular?
That's entirely up to you. Christian faith can be woven in when you want it, or therapy can remain fully secular. Either way, your values are honoured.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies. Some people find clarity in a handful of sessions; others choose longer, deeper exploration. We'll check in along the way and decide together what feels right.
What if I feel nervous about starting?
That's completely normal—most people feel some hesitation. We'll go at a pace that feels safe, and you don't have to do this alone.
